Instructions
- 
Prepare the tin
Line a brownie tin (20x20 cm) with parchment paper. - 
Make the date paste
Chop the dates into small pieces, add 25 ml water, and blend in a food processor until smooth and lump-free. - 
Mix the ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the date paste with peanut butter, agave syrup, almond flour, shredded coconut, and 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Mix well until you get a sticky, uniform dough. - 
Press into the tin
Spread the mixture evenly in the tin and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon or your hands. - 
Chill
Place the tin in the fridge for at least 3 hours to set. - 
Add the topping
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden and let them cool. Remove the mixture from the fridge, cut into 20 equal bars, and roll each bar in the sesame seeds until fully coated. -
