How much unsaturated fat is in this peanut butter?
Our peanut butter is made with only peanuts and coconut oil, without any added stabilizers or thickeners. This gives it a smoother, more natural consistency, which can sometimes be thinner than the peanut butter you find in supermarkets.
We always recommend giving it a good stir before using!
Can I change the shipping address of my order?
Once your order is placed, we begin packing it as quickly as possible. We can only change the shipping address if the order has not been packed yet.
Please contact us as soon as possible at anna@depindakaaswinkel.nl to request an address change.
Where can I find the status of my order?
If you have an account with us, you can view the status of your order under the tracking information in your order history.
If you do not have an account, please check the confirmation email you received — tracking details are included there.
My order was not delivered in full

How do I cancel my order?
We are sorry to hear you would like to cancel your order.
If you placed your order today and have not received a shipping confirmation yet, we may still be able to cancel it. Please contact us at anna@depindakaaswinkel.nl—we are available Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 16:30.
For a quick process, include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

I would like to return my order
Unfortunately, our peanut butter cannot be returned. Food products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Merchandise, however, can be returned in our stores with proof of purchase within 3 months of the purchase date. You can also return items by mail to our makerij (production facility); please note that shipping costs for returns are the sender’s responsibility.

Why does my peanut butter sometimes have an oily layer on top?
The fat content of our peanut butter is 53% of which at least 80% consists of unsaturated fat.
How long does the peanut butter last?
We've never come across spoiled peanut butter—probably because the jar is always empty so quickly! That said, our peanut butter stays good for at least six months. However, fresh peanut butter always tastes best.
Tip: Store your jar in the fridge to prevent oil separation!
When will I receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 1 working day, with a maximum of 2 working days.
Why is the peanut butter from The Peanut Butter Store thinner than regular supermarket peanut butter?
We don’t use thickeners or any other additives. This keeps our peanut butter exactly as it should be naturally a bit less firm. Our advice: always give it a good stir before use!
Why does one jar taste slightly different from another?
Our peanut butter is handmade, so there will always be slight variations between jars.
Where do you source your peanuts?
We source our peanuts from Argentina. So far, we haven’t found any that make better peanut butter! Plus, we know they’re grown there in a fair and responsible way.
What are the shipping costs?
For standard orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs €5.95. Orders over €39 are shipped for free within the UK. For international orders, we do not offer free shipping.
