Our white chocolate is made from high-quality cocoa butter made by our friends in the south, the Belgians, who make the most delicious, we think. ;) We use chocolate chips so you can really taste the flavour. The creamy cocoa butter is a perfect combination with peanut butter because it naturally gives a drier aftertaste. Because there is no cocoa mass in white chocolate, it has a milder, creamier flavour than dark chocolate.
