Our white chocolate is made from high-quality cocoa butter made by our friends in the south, the Belgians, who make the most delicious, we think. ;) We use chocolate chips so you can really taste the flavour. The creamy cocoa butter is a perfect combination with peanut butter because it naturally gives a drier aftertaste. Because there is no cocoa mass in white chocolate, it has a milder, creamier flavour than dark chocolate.

Every bite is an experience: you start with that crunchy peanut butter taste, but before you know it, the rich, creamy white chocolate hits you. It's not too sweet, but sweet enough to put you in a nice sugar coma (and I'm not saying that's a bad thing). It spreads wonderfully, so you can put it on toast, pancakes, or even just eat it with a spoon (yes, I tested it).

Besides the cinnamon stroopwafel, this is one of my favorites. The peanut butter itself is tasty and occasionally a piece of white chocolate gives that extra sweetness without you feeling like you are eating a sweet spread such as chocolate spread.
